Reactivating an Internal Actor
            The administrator uses the Change Status option in the Actor Detail to reactivate an actor and add the actor back to the actor list.
            
                - From the SmartSolve Portal Page, click the Home tab.
 
                - In the Setup and Policy section, click Setup.
 
                -  In the User Management section, click Users.
Result: The Internal Actors window is displayed. 
                - Check the Show Terminated check box at the bottom of the User List. The system refreshes automatically and the deactivated actor(s) now display in this list.
 
                - Check the checkbox of the actor to be reactivated.
 
                - Click Action > Change Status.
Result: The Actor entry window is displayed. 
            
            NOTE: Actors can only be reactivated from the 
 view.
            
                - Click the drop down button and select the appropriate status.
 
            
            
                - Enter a comment or reason for reactivating the actor.
 
            
            
                - Confirm your user ID and enter your password. Click the Save button.
Result: The internal actor has been reactivated and added back to the Actor list.
